How does photo editing function?
Photo editing involves making subtle yet impactful adjustments such as temperature/tint, exposure, contrast, highlight recovery, shadow enhancement, white/black level adjustments, saturation/hue/luminance adjustments, and grain/noise reduction, as well as cropping.Do we offer free trials?
Absolutely! We will edit up to 50 images from a catalog for free, allowing you to assess if our style aligns with your needs.How can I submit my files?
You can export your smart previews, previews, and Lightroom catalog, zip them, and then send them via SENDGB.COM, which offers free transfers up to 5GB. Alternatively, you can share them through a Google Drive link or Dropbox, or any other platform you prefer.
- File Preparation:
Load all your RAW files into the latest version of Lightroom. In the Library tab, select all your RAW files and then click Library > Previews > Smart Previews. - Catalog Export:
Select all images and go to File > Export as Catalog. Ensure to check the previews and smart previews boxes on the export screen. - Labeling:
Label your catalog with the client’s name and the date of the event, then share it. - Sending Files:
Compress your files into a zip folder and send it to us via the provided link or email option. - Samples:
Within 48 hours, our editor will send you samples for review before proceeding with editing the full catalog. Feel free to provide specific notes for any changes you’d like according to your style or preferences.
- What is the turnaround time?
Our turnaround time typically ranges from 7 to 10 business days, depending on the catalog size and the number of photos. - How do I make payments for completed catalogs?
Upon receiving the catalog, you will receive an invoice for payment. You can conveniently make payments using your preferred method. - Order Satisfaction:
We assure you of the quality of our work. In the rare instance that you’re not satisfied with any part of the catalog, we’ll gladly re-edit it until it meets your expectations. - Do we accept rush orders?
Absolutely! We do accept rush orders, with pricing based on the number of files.
